Your first step to self-improvement is often the greatestTrouble unwinding? Let's solve that

An integrative practice helping you understand yourself more deeply. I help you move forward with clarity, self-compassion and confidence.

My Approach

With holistic wellness ingrained in everything I do, I always begin by understanding the person. Therapeutic counselling, coaching, and physical wellbeing are not treated as separate disciplines, but they can be drawn upon as complementary approaches, according to your needs.

Counselling can help you make sense of the past and identify any patterns that shape you today. Coaching has a greater focus on future goals and explores ways to help you move forward; while physical wellbeing supports the body that carries you through both. Every person's journey is different - and so is every approach.

The three often affect one another, too. Someone experiencing depression, for example, may find their motivation to move dips right along with it.

An integrative approach may mean you're not juggling three different practitioners for three different parts of your life.

Why Work With Me

Integrative & Bespoke

Support adapts to the individual - not the individual to the support. I begin with understanding you, then draw on the approach that fits.

Three Complementary Disciplines

Counselling, coaching and physical wellbeing under one practice, so your support can flex as your goals change over time.

Evidence-Informed

MSc-trained and BACP registered, working within recognised ethical frameworks, regular clinical supervision and reflective practice.

Non-Judgemental

The ways we protect ourselves developed for good reasons. The aim is to understand them with curiosity - not to remove them.

Understanding yourself can open the door to greater self-compassion, clarity and lasting change.
